Just a note to say a big thank you for your advice, patience, perseverance (especially on Friday!) and professionalism in completing mums memorial for us. We unveiled it as a family on Saturday, and although being another difficult step in our journey, it was exactly what we all envisaged and wanted. It is perfect. First of all, I would like to thank you for making the procedure of organising the memorials for both Mum and Dad so effortless considering all dealings were done by email. My brother called into the cemetery for a visit yesterday and he was very impressed with both headstones. He was amazed at how Dad's stone looked so new, considering it has been there for 30 odd years and also how both headstones matched both in style and looks. Again, thank you very much.
