It was one of the most difficult journeys we have had to face in our lives and we are so grateful to you for your patience, understanding and advice you offered during this time. Just a note to say a big thank you for your advice, patience, perseverance (especially on Friday!) and professionalism in completing mums memorial for us. We unveiled it as a family on Saturday, and although being another difficult step in our journey, it was exactly what we all envisaged and wanted. It is perfect.
